Spring 2009: We are now taking orders for shares of our delicious 100% grassfed Angus beef which can be delivered within 25 miles of the farm at anytime.

Our grassfed Angus beef is luscious and lean and ‘dry aged’ to perfection. Dry aging is a time honored process which intensifies flavor and results in premium quality tender meat. You won’t find dry aging offered from the big beef processors or grocery stores as it takes more time and care to produce such an artisanal product.
Our meat is custom-cut, shrink-wrapped in clear plastic and frozen to preserve flavor and quality. You will receive a proportional share of all of the cuts in the following approximate percentages: 9% stew meat/ribs/soup bones, 17% roasts, 17% steaks and 57% ground beef in one pound tubes.
